If my school participates in the program, I will obtain permission from all students (or the parent/legal guardian if the student is a minor) (1) for the AOC to publicly display the artwork along with the school name and/or student first name in the Olympic Village; (2) to store the artwork on the AOC’s network and (3) for the artwork to be used in any marketing, advertising or promotional activity undertaken by the AOC.

· to enable us and our trusted partners to better understand your preferences and interests, personalise your experience, enhance the products and services you receive, tell you about products and services we think might interest you and to inform the activities described in our
